I've worked for a little more than 4 years with Microland Ltd. before I stepped out to study again. This was my first job, where I started as a trainee while I was still in my final year at college. Four months as a trainee, I worked on a project on "Deployment of HP Openview Suite at Remote Management Centre of Microland" with Mr. Manoj Jakhar. By the time I had finished the project, I had an offer to join them as a full-time employee from Microland with me.

I finished my final examinations and came back to join the Automation Team of Microland Ltd. under Mr. Parameshwaran KS. After working for Automation Team for 1 year and 6 months, I got transferred to Technology & Practices Team under Mr.K.S. Ganesan.

After a number of restructuring of the Technology and Practices team, I started reporting to Sunil Sarat P. Then we underwent an organizational restructuring - one I'd call a very strategic change in the organization. Mr. Dinesh Arora took over the responsibility of being General Manager - Business Acquisition and Support, and Sunil and his team (I amd Vikram Hoshing) started reporting to Mr. Arora in that order.

I left the company as Technical Specialist - Business Acquisition and Support on July 22nd, 2008, to pursue higher education - a dual degree in MBA and MS-MIS at Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
